Bac Giang, January 21, 2024 – Today, Yadea, the globally leading brand in electric two-wheelers, is poised to usher in a new era in Southeast Asia, starting from Vietnam with the groundbreaking ceremony for the second factory in Bac Giang province. Situated in Tan Hung Industrial Park, Lang Giang, Bac Giang, this Yadea factory signifies a substantial investment of 100 million USD. Covering an extensive 232,200 square meters, it is positioned to be a production powerhouse with an annual capacity of 2 million units.
"The new factory will serve as a two-way bridge, connecting Yadea to the global market. Our products are not only sold in Vietnam; we also leverage Vietnam's high-quality export resources to reach other Southeast Asian countries,” said Rong Wenyou, General Manager of Yadea Vietnam Manufacturing. “We will also export our core technologies, such as Yadea TTFAR graphene batteries, smart manufacturing, and quality control, to Vietnam, aiming to establish Vietnam as a key overseas hub for intelligent manufacturing."
"This factory will also function as the research and development center for the entire Southeast Asia. Approximately 30% of the products manufactured in this facility will be exported to the surrounding countries of Vietnam," added Liu Jia, General Manager of Yadea Vietnam Marketing.
